2007 "Equilibrium" is a tribute and a response from Emerge and friends to the art of the late Rick Burns, a much loved and respected artist who spent most of his career in Fredericton. This show features the work of current members of the collective, a former member, and a couple of our friends who knew Rick well. Having such a strong focal point, this show offers a thematic and yet diverse memorial to Rick Burns and his oeuvre. On display are works on canvas, paper, in clay, metal and plaster, photography, and mixed media. |
